Avondale students only

K-8th grade students only (grade level based on your child's 2018-2019 school year)

Description
Certified Yoga Instructors from Updog Yoga will offer age appropriate classes that focus on children's well being and mindfulness.
​
Classes are co-ed. Students should wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be available.
